EDIBLE HERBARIUM: FROM THE WILD PLANT TO THE PLATE

An invitation to take a different look at the plants on the island of Nègrepelisse.
La cuisine proposes a workshop "stroll" with picking and culinary restitution. During this workshop you will be accompanied by the advice of the gardener Clara Dumont from Le Jardin des 1000 pas.
Equipped with good shoes and an artistic herbarium created for the event, you are invited to discover wild picking, plant conservation techniques and other floral advice.Back at the stove, the various plants collected will be cooked for a moment of culinary sharing.
